  • Graham flour
  • Wholemeal flour
  • Spelt
  • Semolina
  • Durum
  • Bulgar/Bulghar
  • Kamut
  • Cracker meal
  • Couscous
  • Orzo vegetable gum
  • Tabbouleh
  • Tempura crumbs
  • Triticale (cross pollination of wheat and rye)

 Avoid these unless label indicates it is wheat-free

  • Hydrolyzed vegetable protein
  • Modified food starch
  • Vegetable starch or vegetable protein
  • Gelatinized starch or pregelatinized starch
  • Natural flavorings
