Now this sounds more like the diet everyone wants, The Cheaters diet.Unfortunately it doesn’t allow freedom and promise in eating all our comfort foods and still losing weight, but it does allow for cheating time from Saturday 9am to Sunday 9am.
Different from most diets, it encourages Mediterranean style foods, including lots of fruit, dairy and peanuts.It’s simple, 1/2 of your plate must be fruit or veg, 1/4 protein and the rest fiber! That’s all to it!
Don’t go crazy on your day off or else your week would have been for nothing! “cheats” are allowed in certain portions, so don’t get too excited!
The 3 day diet, is one that can easily be abused and send your metabolism into a slow down rather into over drive. Follow the diet for three days and after that your normal one for 4days before going back onto the 3day diet.
If you can do this be prepared to lose up to 10 pounds in those 3days! With desserts, vegetables and teas included in restricted portions, this seems like the diet that could be easy to fit into our lives.
