The Foodfacts.com Blog came across a delightful kids recipe at Meals Matter. There are many benefits of eating breakfast for children, including providing their brains energy and nutrients for learning. Studies show that children’s attention, attendance and overall academic performance improve when they eat breakfast.

You may need to prepare a basic cereal and milk breakfast during the week when time is short but here are some kid-friendly breakfast recipes that you might want to try on days when you have a little more time.

Make breakfast fun and special with this “no cook” recipe.
